Have to balance right to protest & right of other citizens: SC on curbs before CJP protest

Senior advocate and MP Kapil Sibal raised the issue of closure of 57 metro stations and cancellation of trains ahead of CJP protest on October 10 before the Supreme Court. The court said that protests should be within the ambit of the law. It said a balance must be struck between right to protest and the rights of other citizens.
