Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing party leaders in Haryana on Wednesday, said the party needs to differentiate between "race horse", "wedding horse" and "lame horse". "We have to retire the lame horse, so this change has to be brought," Rahul stated. "Kamal Nath had said Congress party sometimes sends a race horse to the wedding procession," he added.
