Havells India reported Q4FY26 revenue at ₹6,705.20 crore, up 20.0% QoQ and 2.5% YoY. PAT rose to ₹723.39 crore, up 141.1% QoQ and 39.9% YoY. FY26 revenue stood at ₹22,527.77 crore, with PAT at ₹1,689.25 crore. Final dividend of ₹6 per share announced, in addition to ₹4 interim dividend.
