Having berries, red wine & tea may reduce risk of dementia: Study

A study by Queen's University Belfast suggested that eating more flavonoid-rich foods, like berries, tea, red wine, and dark chocolate, can lower dementia risk by 28%. Flavonoids, found in plant foods, offer antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer benefits. The research indicated that 6 extra servings of these foods daily may also improve cognitive function and reduce chronic disease risk.
