Delhi High Court has allowed the Serious Fraud Investigation Office to continue its investigation against Hero Electric Vehicles in an alleged FAME-II EV subsidy fraud. This comes after settlement talks between the company and the Heavy Industries Ministry failed. Hero Electric, which received ₹133.5 crore in subsidy, allegedly violated rules by importing certain restricted parts from China.
