The Delhi High Court has ordered authorities to allow a Delhi Police constable candidate who was rejected over a "faded tattoo", to join the force. The court, which had asked the candidate to appear before it, said, "We have physically seen the right forearm of the respondent and from the naked eye, the tattoo is not even visible."
