The Bombay High Court has admitted an appeal filed by the families of victims challenging the acquittal of all seven accused, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. The court has issued notice to NIA and the seven acquitted persons, including Pragya Singh Thakur. It has listed the matter for hearing after six weeks.
