The Bombay High Court on Thursday asked Censor Board to give reasons for suggesting 89 cuts in the film 'Udta Punjab'. "Has drug menace never been portrayed on celluloid? How does this signboard insult anyone", asked the court. Questioning the board's demand of dropping 'Punjab' from the title, it added, "Are you saying that Punjab is known only for drugs?"
