The Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a woman accused of breaching the trust of her lesbian partner and using casteist slurs against her. The court observed that the breach of trust complaint was "questionable" as the legality of their relationship couldn't be considered. The complainant failed to prove the accused committed offences under SC/ST act, it added.
