Karnataka HC has ordered Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to halt its demolition drive at Bagmane Tech Park for alleged encroachment of stormwater drains. The Park's petition had alleged that BBMP officials were attempting to tear down compound walls without conducting a survey or giving prior notice. The petitioners said they'd themselves demolish compound walls if they're found guilty.
