HC quashes FIR against student over Op Sindoor post, says 'Youthful error of judgment'

The Bombay High Court quashed an FIR against a 20-year-old Pune engineering student over her social media post on Operation Sindoor last year. The court observed that a "youthful error of judgment" cannot automatically be treated as a deliberate criminal act and said the prosecution lacked sufficient factual grounds. The student had reportedly deleted the repost within two hours.
