Karnataka High Court dismissed a woman's plea to transfer divorce proceedings to a nearby court as the current court was 130 km away from her residence after her husband's counsel argued that he was the primary caregiver of their two children. While women were mostly the primary victims, "men too are victims of marital conflicts", the judge said.
