Bombay High Court on Friday dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) that sought directions to frame stringent guidelines to curb black marketing of tickets at large concerts and events. "This is a legislative and executive decision," the court said. The decision comes amid alleged foul play in the ticket sale for Coldplay's concert in Mumbai this month.
