Delhi High Court has dismissed an interim plea filed by WinZO against Google displaying warning before users download the gaming app. The warning by Google read, "This type of file may harm your device. Do you want to keep WinZO.apk anyway?" The court said this doesn't block the app and appears to be the standard industry practice for third-party apps.
