Karnataka High Court has stayed a criminal case against BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya and Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami for allegedly spreading false information. The case, filed on Tuesday based on the Congress party's complaint, alleges that the accused "maliciously propagated the fabricated claim" that the Indian National Congress (INC) had an office building in Istanbul, Turkey.
