The Supreme Court has questioned the Delhi High Court for directing Congress to approach the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) for a stay on a notice issued by the Income Tax department for the recovery of outstanding dues worth over ₹100 crore. "The High Court was not right in not exercising its jurisdiction," the apex court said.
