Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd declared Hindustan Construction Co Ltd (HCC) as the lowest bidder for PC05 and PC06, the underground tunnelling contracts of Patna Metro's Line-1. This line of the Patna Metro spans 16.86 km between Danapur Cantonment and Khemni Chak. The contract values at ₹1418.30 crore and will be financed through a loan taken from the JICA.
