HCLTech CFO Prateek Aggarwal has resigned from his post to pursue opportunities outside of the company, an exchange filing said. The firm has named Shiv Walia as the new CFO, who will take charge effective from the close of business on September 6. Walia, who has been with the firm for over three decades, is currently the Corporate Vice President.
