HCL Technologies completed its ₹1,427.25 crore investment in Sarvam AI by subscribing to Series B2 CCPS, acquiring a 10.46% stake. The investment strengthens HCLTech's artificial intelligence strategy and expands its presence in India's AI ecosystem. Sarvam AI also raised $234 million at a $1.5 billion valuation.
