HCLTech is conducting an independent adequacy, compliance and effectiveness audit on its Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) processes, said its Chief People Officer Ramachandran Sundararajan. The remark comes amid ongoing investigations into TCS' sexual abuse and conversion racket at its Nashik campus. "What has come out…is very unfortunate…We do take it very seriously," Sundararajan said.
