HDFC Bank has announced a ₹5 per share special interim dividend for FY26, payable August 11, 2025 (record date: July 25). Subject to approvals, bank will also increase its authorised share capital to ₹2,000 crore and issue 1:1 bonus shares (record date: August 27, 2025). In Q1FY26, company reported net sales of ₹87,372 crore and net profit of ₹17,090 crore.
