HDFC Bank shares gain after $1.75 billion overseas bond raise
HDFC Bank shares rose 0.41% to ₹728 after the lender raised $1.75 billion through senior unsecured bonds from its GIFT City branch. The fundraise, its biggest overseas borrowing since 2008, comprises three-year notes carrying a 5.159% coupon and five-year bonds with a 5.401% coupon. The bonds mature in 2029 and 2031.
