HDFC Bank shares hit 52-week low after US lawsuit report

HDFC Bank shares fell 1.8% to a 52-week low of ₹714.30 after reports of a US class-action lawsuit against the bank and two executives over alleged ₹45-crore payments linked to MSRDC deposits. HDFC Bank called the lawsuit meritless and said it will defend itself. The stock is down 28% YTD.
