Disney World sought to dismiss a lawsuit by a man whose wife died at its resort, saying he agreed to terms and conditions when he signed up for month-long free Disney+ trial. The man, whose wife died after an allergic reaction to a meal, sought $50,000 in damages. Disney's terms state its users agree to settle disputes out of court.
