CJI Surya Kant presented two "running theories" on how Solicitor General Tushar Mehta got time to pen two books. "Either Tushar Bhai...petitioned the Almighty for a twenty-fifth hour in the day," he said. "Or...when he's sitting in Courtroom Number 1...he knows the benches will keep on reading...the briefs and he has enough time to pen down his memories," CJI added.
