The father of Jashanpreet Singh, the 21-year-old Indian man arrested after he rammed his truck in California, has rejected claims that his son was driving under the influence of drugs. He said Jashanpreet is an 'Amritdhari Sikh' (baptised Sikh) and is not into drugs. The crash led to the death of at least three people and left several others injured.
