Sister of gangster Vikas Dubey, who's absconding after Kanpur encounter where eight policemen were martyred while trying to arrest him, has said that he used to threaten his own family members. Chandrakanta Tiwari said, "He would trouble us a lot. He would threaten to kill us for money. He would threaten to kill my children and would abuse my husband."
