Deputy Director of Health Services, Dr Nagnath Yempalle, confirmed that the Maharashtra health department has issued a notice to Sahyadri Hospital. The hospital has been asked to submit all records related to the transplant, including surgery videos and treatment details, by Monday morning as part of the investigation into the couple’s deaths.
