Bengaluru-based healthtech startup MFine has fired more than 500 employees, or about 50% of its workforce, amid a funding crunch, Moneycontrol reported. The lay offs have reportedly affected employees across data science, engineering and product departments as well as talent acquisition team. MFine told employees that it is short on funds to release salaries for coming months, Moneycontrol added.
