Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Practo on Friday said it has laid off 41 employees as part of its performance management system. "Upholding a high bar for performance and productivity is crucial to maintaining [high] level of growth," Practo said. However, affected employees have reportedly claimed that the layoffs are a result of restructuring within the company.
