Healthy diet followed in midlife linked to better cognition: Study

A study conducted by US and China researchers found that healthy diet followed during midlife led to improved cognitive health. The research published in 'The Journal of the American Medical Association' said the strongest link to lower cognitive decline was found in people following the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet between the age of 45 to 54.
