Heart attack or aortic dissection: How can you tell?

Dr Vikram Reddy Aerra explains that heart attack and aortic dissection can both cause severe chest pain, but their pain patterns often differ. Heart attack pain is usually pressure-like and may spread to the arm or jaw, while aortic dissection pain is sudden, tearing and often radiates to the back.
