Heat down there lowers your sperm count: Hardvard's Dr Sinclair

Asked about men using cold packs before a sauna, Harvard Medical School scientist Dr David Sinclair said on the podcast that sperm production requires temperatures below body heat, which is why testicles are outside body. He said even tight, hot clothing can reduce sperm count in short term, adding that he would use a cold towel rather than freeze them.
