Heavy coffee intake weakens older women's bones: Study

A study led by Flinders University and published in Nutrients, tracked nearly 10,000 older women and found that regular tea drinking was linked to slightly stronger bones, while heavy coffee intake over five cups a day was tied to lower bone density. Moderate coffee caused no harm. Researchers say daily habits like choosing tea, may support long term bone health.
