Heavy rain, thunderstorms and hailstorm lashed Bengaluru, bringing relief from the ongoing heatwave but causing widespread disruption. Several areas reported waterlogging, traffic jams and poor visibility. Commuters, especially two-wheeler riders, faced difficulties during peak hours. The IMD has forecast more rain over the next four days.
