Security has been beefed up at the Ramlila Ground ahead of AAP's 'Maha Rally' against the Centre's ordinance on control of services in the national capital. According to reports, around one lakh people are likely to attend the rally. Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal is also expected to speak at the rally as a constitutional expert.
