On Wednesday, places in Sikkim's high altitudes received heavy snowfall. With the change in weather, temperatures have decreased noticeably as well. Several roads leading to iconic tourist attractions have been closed due to adverse weather conditions. Routes leading to Nathula and Tsomgo Lake are currently risky for vehicular movement.
