The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy to extremely heavy rainfall warning for 13 states/UTs for Friday (September 5). It is very likely over parts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Goa, Maharashtra, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
