Heavy traffic was reported at Delhi's Outer Ring Road due to flooding after Yamuna river swelled to 207.4 metres. Pedestrians and those on two-wheelers were the worst hit as waist-deep water was reported near Civil Lines. Delhi Police travel advisory has asked public to avoid Outer Ring Road, Boulevard Road, Raja Ram Kohli Marg and Vikas Marg, among others.
