The autopsy report of the 16-year-old Delhi girl Sakshi who was stabbed around 20 times by her 20-year-old boyfriend, said that her intestines hung out after the attack, ANI reported. Her body has several stab wounds, along with cracks and injuries in bones in the head region, the autopsy reportedly said. Sakshi was also hit with a brick several times.
