Speaking about Sanchita Ugale's suicide, her friend Gitanjali Mangal claimed that Sanchita's nature was such that she could have taken the extreme step. "She was like, I'll do something heroic and die on...the same date as Sushant (Singh Rajput)...and people will remember me," Gitanjali added. Sanchita died on June 14, the same date on which Sushant died in 2020.
