The Guinness World Records has recognised a pet rabbit named Herbie in the UK as the oldest living rabbit of its species. Lionhead rabbits usually live between seven and 10 years, while Herbie has crossed the age of 15 as of November 2025. His owners, Richard and Melissa Dunham from Surrey, adopted him when he was just eight weeks old.
