India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has temporarily shut all its manufacturing and assembly facilities worldwide including the units in India, Colombia and Bangladesh, due to the coronavirus pandemic. This is reportedly the first global closure announced by a major Indian manufacturer. While the plants remain closed, the company's non-production staff will be working remotely.
