Hero Motors has withdrawn the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for proposed IPO, markets regulator SEBI said in an update. The public offer was proposed to include a fresh issue of up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale component of ₹400 crore. Hero Motors is the automotive flagship company of Hero Group and is led by Pankaj Munjal.
