Hero Enterprise Chairman Sunil Kant Munjal owns a 4.37% stake in Airtel Africa, which he bought for $200 million, according to the company's filings with London Stock Exchange for IPO. Munjal left India's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp in an ownership split in 2016. While Airtel owns 68.31% in the subsidiary, Mittal family's Indian Continent Investment owns a 9.88% stake.
