Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem rejected Lebanon's planned direct talks with Israel, calling them a "grave sin" and warned that such talks would "put Lebanon in a spiral of instability". His remark came after Lebanon's health ministry said Israeli strikes in the south killed 14 people, including women and children, marking the deadliest day since the recent ceasefire came into effect.
