Delhi has been placed on high alert following intelligence inputs indicating a possible terror threat, prompting Delhi Police and multiple security agencies to intensify surveillance and security measures, reports said. "There is an alert for a terrorist attack at the Delhi State BJP office and government offices on DDU Marg," a source said, according to ANI.
