Highest number of victims after Americans were Indians: PM Modi on 9/11 attacks

PM Modi recalled the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the US and said, "The highest number of victims after Americans...were Indians." The remarks come after India hit back at Pakistan at the UNGA over the presence of 9/11 mastermind Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan. He also recalled paying homage to the victims during his 2014 visit to the US.
