Highway Infrastructure wins NHAI orders worth ₹432 crore

Highway Infrastructure Ltd has secured two NHAI toll collection contracts worth ₹431.86 crore, including its largest-ever order of ₹340.08 crore for Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu. Both contracts have a one-year tenure. Separately, the board approved promoter warrants worth up to ₹49 crore and a 51% stake acquisition in Indore Highway Real Estates Private Ltd.
