Himachal doctor reattaches severed finger of 2-year-old child
A surgeon at Civil Hospital in Killar, Himachal Pradesh’s remote Pangi valley, successfully reattached a two-year-old child’s severed finger despite limited medical resources. The child, from Mindhal village, suffered a complete finger amputation after it was crushed in a door at home. The procedure was performed amid a shortage of essential supplies.
